The house reactions and comments are always a good sign to the bullstting they've been coming up with.

Is Pob known for his team leadership skills? Seems a poor choice, all I’ve seen him do is ham up a voice and draw his name in steam.

Charles Burns. Honestly, those "Harry Potter" specs. I've seen better specs in Poundland.

I see the cockney wide boy car dealer look is still all the rage in The City.

What is a management consultant? Is it necessary to look like Penfold?

Oh god this is painful already. They'd be better going hipster and doing bean curd and lentil burgers and flogging them down Camden market.

Goat is quite nice as a meat, but if they wanted high end, why not do ostrich burgers. Can pick up a carcass for £400 (get 25kg of meat from that)

Turkey is awful for burgers. It goes very dry, shrinks and needs a lot of additives. I don't think any of these people have the first clue what they're doing.

What the hell are the girls doing? Hair should be tied back for starters. No PPE or food hygiene. Shut them down. Boys look to be pricing far too high.

I ran a restaurant/cafe/bar a while back, and we used to buy our chicken breasts through a company called Brake Bros., who sourced them from Holland....there was an expose a few years ago about their "chicken" - injected with water and beef protein. Sounds like it's the same stuff hurl

20 minutes in and more disagreements than a thread in NPE on PH.

Wasn't it the Dutch who had problems with contaminated chickens recently? I wonder when this was filmed.
