Chester lad and Penfold both bite the dust.

I think I saw Jade speak once only and it didn't even occur to them to bring her into the boardroom. She must have a black-belt in psychology.
Nothing to do with psychology why she’s still there

Oh that site has loads of them, some are hilarious. I've secretly been waiting for someone in NP&E to ask "imagine what a corbyn government would look like" so I can do this....

It's weirdly hypnotic.....

I never thought that Arthur Askey was a good look for a potential business partner for Lord S.

This programme has got to be an excellent example of the editors art, it has more red herrings and plot distractions than a Agatha Christie book.

This week Elizabeth came across as competent, professional and mature. When the pairing with Joanna was announced it looked like an accident waiting to happen - but no, Joanna was shown as constructive and positive and also not keen on being over dressed in a Jacuzzi.

My previous favourite (for the win) Sarah, demonstrated her total lack of the understanding of the negotiation process. When selling something stick a stupidly high offer in ( £475 WTF...but let's go with this). The next figure quoted should be the 'low ball' bid from the buyer who has watched too much 'Gas Monkey Garage'. Sarah jumped the gun and decided to throw the 'low ball' number in (£225) - as though it was a prospective bid, seemingly forgetting that she was the seller and her number was an offer.

Jade & Harrison continue to look attractive but seemingly contribute very little. If one of them wins, the editor will have done a sterling job.
Michaela looks strong. But I have switched horses and I am backing Elizabeth now. Lord Sugar appears to have warmed a lot to her.

I'm starting to think I should set up an account on mumsnet.

Totally agree with this, I'm not sure Jade actually said anything in the boardroom/cafe of shame at all?
I'm warming to Elizabeth a lot - for all her faults it seems she just throws herself into whatever task she's been given, without worrying about stuff she can't change.

She thinks on her feet too - adapts quickly to changing situations and always has something constructive to say. Crazy as the proverbial box of frogs but a lot more creative than the smug ones who claim to be so.

Just imagine - pick a reasonably affluent area of London (not difficult), pick the right time of day to catch people at home, then knock on doors, spend 15 mins with a plastic bag, and make an easy (I reckon) £600/700 a day picking up dog eggs. Why has nobody thought of this before? Best idea EVER on this show. You'd never run out of work because it's a continuous cycle. That is, of course, if it actually happened without being "arranged".

Jade plays a good game - starts an argument then steps back. Keeps quiet in the boardroom and lets the others hang themselves.
She ace'd sales a couple of times which has kept the others off her back.

Remains to be seen whether she can fight her way of a corner in the boardroom against shuggs though

PS > Just seen the 3 latest departed - Anisa still with the glasses, Andrew without (think they are a fashion accessory) and Charles without (he probably sees things in real time now) - he's really short.

I may be being too cynical or I may be incredibly slow and everyone else is ahead of me but my current line of thinking is that the planning for this whole programme starts at the last episode.

i.e.
Alan Sugar provides or is presented with an individual that he would be happy to 'invest' in.
The production company then provide 15 people to be 'cannon fodder'.
Each individual show is then carefully edited such that the 'chosen one' never provides quite enough reason to get fired if they are on the losing team - even if they get into the boardroom. Stupidity by the 'chosen one' is only shown if they are on the winning team.
Which 'cannon fodder' candidates survive is carefully managed by the editor to justify keeping the 'entertainers' in the show as long as possible.

With this theory Jade or Harrison will win. My money is now on Harrison,

Am I over thinking this?
