The second one is truly awful, but I just need to know what it was to read the reviews. It was an early 2000s British film and may have had a soap star in it. Basically, a twenty something girl created a virtual boyfriend. Kind of a Weird Science rip off.
Virtual Sexuality? https://www.imdb.com/title/tt0164221/

British, 1999, lead has been in Casualty and Taggart.

Didn't know it, never seen it. From your description I took a shot at a Google search for 'virtual boyfriend film', that film was the first entry. It was British and the lead actress thing sort of checked out with Casualty and Taggart smile

Hi everyone, I need some help in identifying a film I watched many years ago and it's bugging me I can't recall what it was called.

I have vague recollections it starred Yul Brinner as a cowboy and towards the end of the film there was some sort of shootout inside / outside a saloon bar and it turned out he was some sort of android and got his face torn off! As I say it's pretty vague in my memory.

Can anyone help identifying the film title?

TIA

Anyone remember the name of this particular 1980s kids adventure movie about a monster the lives in a lake but it turns out to be a digger sitting at the bottom of the lake!. Also starred an actress in Neighbours from the early 1990s who I had the hots for!

I remember seeing this in the video shop and thinking it was a crap knock-off of The Goonies and never bothered to hire it. I remember it being one of those films BBC2 used to show mid-week at 6pm.

This one has been bugging me for years...
Set in 70's /early 80's in UK in the country (Dartmoor / Yorkshire, somehwere with a moor?). There is a fox hunt and the main antagonist splits from the main hunt and rides through some woods where he is knocked off his horse by the branch of a tree and starts coughing blood. Still deternined to catch the fox he carries on on foot to the den which is on a moor (I think) he crawls into the den and opens a penknife to kill the fox and its cubs but succumbs to his injuries, the end.

That sounds weird enough to be an episode of Tales of the Unexpected..

Looking for a film I saw in the 80s.

It starts with a man on a ledge of a building. It then goes back in time where the story begins and leads up to the ledge scenes.

Strangely that film was a remake of an identical film made some time earlier with less known actors.

I have been looking for a film on and off for a while.

Set in India or possibly Pakistan.
English detective travels to India, (or Pakistan) to investigate a murder with connections from there.
He meets up with his Indian counterpart who suggests that the English detective stay with his family and him.
Can’t remember the outcome but no doubt they find their man. I remember this is an entertaining/interesting film because it was set in India, (or Pakistan!).

Kinda sounds like the hudsucker proxy - a Choen bros film. Not sure about the 1980s or the remake bit though.

I'm not sure if this is a film or a TV show, but I think it's from the 1990s, and British. Possibly based on something older.

IIRC the plot is something like nuclear waste shipments mysteriously going walkabout, and it turns out there was a scientific experiment to create an artificial black hole, and it's all being dumped in that?

I thjnk I remember a scene where those trying to cover up the whole thing drop someone whose found out about it out a helicopter.

Edit: Writing it out actually triggered my own memory! It's channel 5's Doomwatch TV movie, from 1999.
