He's got a chance. He seems confident.

I watched BGT and even I had forgotten who won.

He’ll be back on the next show and can continue his run of questions.

Appalling tactics from first two players. Wish the last guy well.

They should have up in front of the contestants in 6 foot high letters, "If you really don't know just don't effing guess."

I will never understand why people guess an answer rather than using lifelines. Getting put out with lifelines remaining is the stupidest thing you do on that show.

Because they then have a chance at using a lifeline in a question worth more money... It is a risk/reward decision. The same reason why people just guess one (well some) - you never know (and I do wonder if some of them have an inkling at the answer but say they have no clue) and if it pays off....

Last night's first 2 contest acts were shocking.... Clarkson's quip about a train travelling poker player looked almost 'on the money' until the Live Aid question!

2nd contestant was even worse! FFS!

Dr chappy, hope he does well. Was it left at £64k last night?
Will watch tonight.

Sometimes you can narrow it down using logic, depending what type of question it is, but if you really don't know the answer then there's a 75% chance that you won't even survive to see the next question. You only get one shot it this show - there's no do-overs, resets or Mulligans. You have to use the lifelines when you need them.

I could have guessed football wouldn't be his topic. Harsh first question.

I know very little about football, but did manage to guess the answer - more luck than anything else.
