suzanna can arguably make the most progress and anton will look after her. Swanny too I think with Oti will stand a good chance of progressing.
I liked her comment "bring on the strictly curse" while leering at Anton.

Not sure a bloke would get away with that though...………….

I took that to mean that Anton is always cursed to have no-hopers, and she wants to dispel that, rather than the Strictly marriage infidelity curse.

Blimey, Cupcake, you normally make enormous sense but I was convinced she meant infidelity albeit not seriously.

Thanks (I think). smile

I'm just so innocent and angelic that this interpretation must have passed me by.

A bit of fun then while we wait for Saturday to come round - what are PH Strictly fan's favorite dance from any series?

For me, despite a frankly pitiful amount of dance content, it's Louis Smith and Flavia's show-dance. That moment he lifted her entire body-weight with his out-stretched arms lives long in the memory.

Did everyone catch the "Strictly The Best" special last Saturday where they looked back on the past 15 years and had previous contestants chatting to each other on a couch? It was brilliant and genuinely funny.

It's currently on iPlayer if you missed it. Well worth a watch.

I can't really remember any. But Louis Smith rings a bell as being good. Whenever they got a sportsperson on, especially a power sports person (Louis Smith, Greg Rutherford etc) you get some impressive moves.

The jive someone did Pulp Fiction style a while back I recall vaguely.

It's up on Youtube:

For me it has to be the Argentine Tango, especially this one with Simon Webbe & Kristina:

Fantastic music & that last lift is stunning.

Wow! Thank you for posting that - I'd not seen it before (I wasn't hooked on Strictly back then, sadly). What power and control, and such fluid grace. But, blimey, he's got long arms hasn't he!

The BBC have posted shedloads of Strictly up on to Youtube. What struck me is that although he isn't a ripped as the pros these days he is phenomally strong, which is not surprising given he is a gymnast. As has been said, not much dancing going on though!

True - it was more a gymnastics routine than a dance. But, wow! He moved like oiled mercury didn't he!

My favourite would be Jay and Aliona's jive because of the synchronicity, but I really do enjoy these:

In that last one I could watch Aliona all day, even with the red hair.

Did Tess forget to change for the show? She looks like she's wearing whatever casual clothes she was wearing when she turned up at the studio.

Considering only 2 days rehearsing they did well. Choreography can’t be easy for AJ.

Almost feel sorry for him.
