Just wanted to say a huge thanks to Mclaren Birmingham. Andrew in their service department is a star and they’ve just helped get an warranty issue resolved for me efficiently and professionally.

I use McBrum for all my servicing as I believe they are the best, but on this occasion i did call a couple of other centres as I live quite far away from Birmingham.

One centre didn’t bother calling back and the other wasn’t too interested in helping (as I hadn’t bought the car from them). Credit where due, and this is why I will continue to give them my business.

Surely not another happy McLaren owner
What's going on ?
Don't get many fezza owners bigging up their dealers on here probably too busy moaning about manifolds 😁

Did you read the original post? Birmingham is not close but he has used this dealer as the 2 closer McLaren dealers weren't interested in helping. With only 6 dealers in the UK using your 3rd choice will for most people be a major inconvenience.

TBH I've used Bristol, Manchester, Birmingham and Ascot and all have been very good to me.

Maybe because their expectations are being met by the dealers ... my experience with my Ferrari dealer in Colchester has been exemplary, comfortably the best customer experience I've had from any firm, automotive or otherwise.

Mine was the opposite, dealt with that arrogant bunch in Egham, absolute shambles, never again!!

When I had a Ferrari I used Colchester and I agree they were fantastic. Paul Watlin in servicing was always a pleasure to deal with and very fair.

It is not hard to deliver good Customer Service, in any business. I always fail to understand why so many companies find it so challenging?

When you find it, it makes all the difference.
