Youtube adverts.

Just eating my Raisin bran, cue the dramatic music and someone pulling a big lump of crud out of a womans ear with tweezers.

And, Grammarly - How the hell does a grammar checker pay for millions of adverts like that ?

"This is Tyler"

fk OFF TYLER

Not to forget the vomit inducing version of "Nothing's going to stop us now" by a load of kids for Sky.
The Kids are Virgin actually
It's safe to say it's not made the best impression in your home
Lol, true, was cute once, every time you watch a video its vomit inducing.

Every time I see it I want to shout "just plug it in while using it".

I mute the TV when either the 'Just Eat' or 'Perf with Surf' advert appear, the latter being unbearable!!

Yes, me too. She's obviously got a laptop good enough for doing video chats, so a long extension lead would be plenty.

Also want the laptop for streaming "boxsets, films and tv series". I'm not sure I can make a decent enough distinction between the first and the last of those.

The desperate efforts of all companies trying to appear caring during the Covid thing, it just makes me laugh, we care, but hey buy this.

Goes from Own it, Keep it, Your rules, to we are all in this together, softly, softly, please think about buying this if you could.

To be fair the word "boxset" when used to describe a TV series not in a physical box is enough to make me want to hurt people.

It is plugged in, on the bed. Her needs are clearly stated "staying in bed all weeked to watch stuff", this is completely ignored and a long battery life is recommended, nice, but not part of the brief at all.

Do the staff not fking listen to the customers?

I recognize the sales assistant from when my kids watch citv kids breakfast show in the morning on the weekend as she is one of the presenters.

So either they use actual staff in their adverts or they hire actors.

Either way yeah just plug it in or buy a firestick/Chromecast/Roku etc and just watch it on your main TV on the sofa.
