Few years back i had a fizzy in the kitchen that i used to stare at when the missus was watching the usual rubbish TV and i'm thinking of finding another 'indoor bike' to gawp at.

I dont want to spend a ton of cash on a bike that wont be ridden as it'll just be parked up so the question is what would you have for display purposes?

I have a CCM Flat tracker on order but thats getting used although if money was no object i'd probably have a CCM Cafe Racer indoors.

I had thought of a Ducati 748R but again these are 8-10k for a nice bike.....

Something thats a focal point in a room maybe

Never understood keeping bikes in the house. At the very least it’ll stink of rubber.

Have a search on ebay for 'race bike' there are a few older bikes on there at the moment, if you choose wisely you certainly won't lose anything with the right bike.

I've done this on a 1990s bike I raced, fully restored. After 6 years of searching my dad and I found a maico 'magnum' 440 which we are starting to fully restore... Should be ready by summer

Had a bike parked in my house previously and was informed by my house insurance that it invalidated my cover.

Obviously not the case the everyone but worth considering.

Meccano, I love it! Hmm vague connection to my son to teach him about engineering etc etc overlooking the fact that he's only 21 months old wink Also I have a model bike collection going on which I've not added to in a while
