Enjoyed that.
Urbans accent was a bit weird and the Supes secret seemed to be increasingly well known as we went through but I didn't see that ending coming. Very good stuff and looking forward to the next series.
I managed to d/l some of the comics via humblebundle so they will get an outing as soon as I can get them loaded to the ipad.

Up to episode 6 and thoroughly enjoying it - I'd read some of the graphic novels (the first is available to borrow free on the Kindle Prime Reading thing) and this is just as good, albeit quite different. Some of the throwaway lines are ace - 'we'll cross that bridge when we burn it'.
The soundtrack is pretty good too.

We've both enjoyed the first two episodes of this. I repost a question I had originally put in the 'Prime' thread as Ive only just noticed this.
Has Starlight applied for (and got) a job as one of The Seven, rather than working her way up through the ranks? What about all the other superheroes that have been working for the company, don't they get promoted? Seems a bit odd that someone with zero actual experience and without even meeting the other Seven can get a job on 'the board'. Or have I missed something?

Yep she's pretty much gone in straight to the head of the table. It's all down to marketing. She has an interesting power but more importantly a squeaky clean mid-town girl image that is ultra marketable. That seems to be the number one priority for Vought so she gets a shot.Has Starlight applied for (and got) a job as one of The Seven, rather than working her way up through the ranks? Deep has a pretty crap power set compared to most of the others but he also has a marketable "save the planet" image, it's all about the money.

Yes its all about branding, money and earning capability. Has Starlight applied for (and got) a job as one of The Seven, rather than working her way up through the ranks? They thought they could make money from her
The 7 image has taken a bit of a battering, not least of which from A-Train running through Hugh's girlfriend. I'm guessing bringing in Starlight is some bright Marketing Execs idea to clean up the image a bit with some good PR about a new wholesome hero.
Anyway won't mention much more as this bit of the story develops quite a bit as the series goes along in some interesting and unexpected ways.
