I expect so. Probably part of a forthcoming storyline. BTW Rula Lenska has been "acting" for over 40 years - when will she get better?

Right - who d'ye reckon it was ? Kel ?

Daniels performance of a man broken was credible IMO. More than can be said for beths Bulldog chewing on a wasp one.

Ok, having watched ep2, I don’t think it’s Paul.

Kel most likely then.

I love the weather anomalies in the Street caused by the filing schedule - so the dull and dark we expect in November means, for Weatherfield , Mediterranean light . I recall snow falling in a May episode , quite unremarked.

Or does Weatherfield have its own weather system ? Its name therefore being another example of nominative determinism ? We should be told
When I know what nominative determinism is I’ll tell you smile
Ha, very good coppice; I had to look it up for its meaning.
Me too biggrin getmecoat]

For your next assignment I suggest you research 'pathetic fallacy' - not what it sounds but a device often used in literature , and Corrie , to add drama to a scene

Funeral and wake not as cringworthy as I expected. Usual sundry extras walking up to pay condolences to Daniel was a bit irritating.

It was a bit bemusing why more people from the street weren't at the funeral. There was no Dev, Rita etc to name but a few. And I'm sure some that came back to the Rovers for the wake weren't even in the church.

You're correct although I remember seeing Rita there.

Why doesn't he pop in to the medical centre. They are practically next door and always have slots available. Perhaps he can get Ali to check him out at home!

Put it this way, if all the spolers I keeping seeing are true, Billy and Tracy are going to be really busy after Christmas hehe

I suspect Ken's cough is another social storyline around Men's health and their reluctance ti visit a doctor smile
