Only just caught up with last weeks episodes. Fiz and Ty - pity the scriptwriters always have to put two characters back together. He is only back there as Alina binned him off and now Fiz is too weak of a woman to move on. I hope Phil stays in the show as he is a refreshing change from some of the dullards.

Why did they bring Stephen back? Looks like they're lining up a romance with Yasmeen, but IMO his character doesn't suit Corrie - like a fish out of water. No humour in him.

Weird thought - is Kelly the stalker? Tries to get Maria out of the way so she can have a clear shot for Gary.

Meanwhile, more daft ideas from the scriptwriters. Ed turns down a roofing job (max 1 week) because Ronnie has a building project 6 months down the line (got to buy the land, get plans drawn up, apply for PP etc etc). Anyway, Ed's just a jobbing builder, he wouldn't have enough experience to scratch-build 4 houses. Daft plot.

Agreed.
There's a days work repairing Steve's roof. They have no other work on and rarely do. As you say, there "project" is 6 months to a year away from starting and they don't have enough manpower or nous. However it's good ol corrie land lets crack on!

Maria needs to hyperventilate less, ridiculous storyline as is the ongoing Ty and Phil bromance.

Going through a very poor patch again on the cobbles at present..

+1 He is nearly as bad as Wooden Will! Plus his accent is weird!!
On another note can the scriptwriters please put Phil (and us) out of his misery Story is getting very tedious!

IIRC Eileen always had a reputation for being a sh*te cook - the writers have forgotten continuity.
