Not sure what plan you guys are on but I'm only paying £4.99 a month (with some basic ads) which I think is a great deal.
Their website now has the 'standard plan with adverts' at £5.99 so looks like they've just increased it by a quid now we're into October.
Having looked into it properly, it looks like I was on the original plan which defaulted to premium but now they have tiered it, my renewal is automatically the top tier, hence the price jump from what I was paying to what the new prices are.

I would need to downgrade to the Standard tier or Basic with ads to get it cheaper.

late the party here as we were deep in yellowstone but we just watched Paradise. Absolutely brilliant, helped by the relatively small number of episodes, its set off at a real pace and just kept at it.
Paradise is the best things I've seen for ages. I watched the whole thing again as soon as I finished it.
Yep, and they cracked in with Season 2 as well so not too long to wait for that.
I've watch Episode 7 standalone a couple of times since S1 ended. It still is one of the best episodes of television in recent years.
Yes I agree - its one of the best pieces of television I've seen in a long time - on par with the GOT episode with the battle with the Ice king (or whatever he was called)

only murders - just getting worse now - the writing in this episode was so awful - so many things just happening before they need it for the next thing.
the podcast has been dumped totally now so they dont have to stick with that in it anymore, but it lacks any umph or interest in whats going on .

finished Big Sky
It got very lightweight through the third series. For me it was too involved in giving story arcs to the non central characters. My concern was actually that Jenson Ackles would be Dean Winchester as he normally is but he was pretty good and showed a bit more range.
