Has Ratched been mentioned yet?

I wasn't sold on the idea.. but half way through the trailer episode I was sold, having an appreciation for One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest probably helps.

However - its not an easy watch, taking it an episode at a time with a break in between (think I'm upto Ep 4).

Yep a bit when it launched, its really decent and beautifully shot, although I maintain it should be called AHS:Ratched as it has a lot of the cast and same style smile (I believe the director did most AHS stuff)

Finished this Russian virus/zombie series last night. Whilst not very zombie heavy (they’re not really zombies in the standard sense) - it does have something.
The parts are all acted really well, it looks great and the series develops into something I wasn’t expecting- a really good story about people, unlikely relationships and a very torrid time.

Thoroughly enjoyed it - recommended.
Yeah, how good was the little twist at the end... that really set up series 2...

Oh yes, that looks very good

Not found any gems recently really, we have started S1 of "How to get away with Murder" it gets 8.1 on IMDB, its ok, holding our attention in a kind of teen drama/suits kinda way, will see if it improves or not

Took me a minute to work out why “they” turned up. But then I remembered the proximity to the area and where it was made.

Looking forward to s2.

Have a look on iPlayer as it's always being shown on the BBC Scotland channel.

Queen of the South.

Really loving this, Mexicans and drugs and stuff, obviously some powerplay women, but not metoo like at all.

Pote is one of my favourite characters, i've started walking around the house trying to talk like him much to the disdain of my family

Pote recently had a small part in the recent (I think) series of Curb, as a softly spoken and humble chef. After watching all of QOTS it took a lot of accepting!

Noticed last night that they've got Teachers on Netflix. Fantastic! Haven't seen it since it was on telly.

Superb soundtrack as well. Although it has rammed home just how long ago 2004 was...

Watched Ultras last night in Italian (didn't attempt the English version with voiceovers). As a Lazio fan it was quite realistic of Italian football in places.
