Anyone else watching this? Basic premise is a group of strangers put together in the Scottish wilderness have to build an 800ft bridge in about 3 weeks.

Initially I was a bit disappointed as I was hoping it would be a bit more technical, rather than focusing on the interpersonal relationships of a bunch of Insta-wkers, but after 2 episodes I'm actually starting to enjoy it.

I watched the first 5 mins of the first episode and switched FG as soon as it became apparent that it was just another magnet for utter tools who just want to be famous.

Spotted an ad for this during GBBO last night and missus is interested

Looks a bit of a Shirpwrecked/The Island vibe?

Yes, not watched Shipwrecked, but it definitely has a bit of The Island feel to it, especially the last series which had the cash prizes.

With this one, there is a cash prize if they complete the bridge, but the twist is that they all have to vote/agree on just 1 person who can have it. It's part social experiment, part construction TV smile

I found the young dancer guy who kind of forced his way into being leader quite unlikeable...

To my surprise I was watching a ch5 programme the other day about the new breed of ‘working from home’, errrr cam girls and only fans, and who should appear but the guy from The Bridge!

Who then admits on the documentary to sticking a suction cup dildo on to a wall, and filming himself taking it up the wrong one for his onlyfans following... he said he didn’t like it but it’s good money.

If anyone tells him to go F*ck himself, they won’t realise he’s already done it many a time with a loving wall laugh

Haven't actually seen any of it yet but it was actually filmed at Llyn Brenig in North Wales. I wonder if it was cut short due to Covid as, at the end of filming the crew donated thousands of pounds worth of unused bedding, food and to the local food-bank in Denbigh.
