Been subbed to that one for a while. The Australian expletives are priceless!I watched the JayEmm Lexus video earlier on, not a bad watch. I had been put off by his McLaren videos a while back, which I found a bit sensationalist/not his fight to fight, but I might dive back in again. I know he's active on here / can take criticism - and compliments!

It looks like Alex Rebuilds, the guy who was rebuilding the Gas Monkey Garage truck and a 720s, has sold his channel. There’s been no new content in over 5 months, although he did post a comment a month ago saying there would be an update video in 2 weeks. The channel has now been taken over by Royalty Exotic Cars and renamed Royalty Rebuilds.
There’s been a lot of speculation in the comments section of his last video, but nothing that can be substantiated. He had appeared to be doing well, moving to larger premises and buying more projects. Maybe the pandemic caught him out.
This is either good news for the guy, or bad news. All I know is youtube channels don't often sell, as the audience tends to follow the person rather than the channel, but please keep us up to date with any further information. There’s been a lot of speculation in the comments section of his last video, but nothing that can be substantiated. Glad to see JayEmm doing affordable barge reviews again, I thought he had moved on from these kind of cars after offering him my CL for review.Edited by BFleming on Friday 23 April 16:51

Is the Cayman GT4 RS out yet? If so, it’s probably that.
It's a GT4 - he said a few videos ago that he has a GT4 RS on order - so maybe bought the GT4 to facilitate that. waynecyclist said:
Tim was saying in the behind the glass podcast he is looking at adding another 7 or 8 cars to the collection this year.
Whilst I'll most likely be accused of envy, I just don't see the point of owning so many cars. (even if you do make videos of them)As for the Ford GT and spending £5.5K on brakes?

Alex started a shipping/truck company at the start of this year and appears to be focusing on that.
Yes, I’d seen that but it could just mean he’s driving a truck for his own company. I believe his father was in that line of work.It just seems strange that he would effectively quit YouTube not long after moving to larger premises and trying to recruit someone to help with the builds.

I doubt that much money changed hands, the channel has been dormant for five months. The only thing we know for sure is that the channel has been taken over by Royalty Exotic Cars where they 'will be posting buying, repairing and modifying new, used and crashed Supercars and Hypercars'.There must still be some value attached to the back catalogue of content as long as it’s generating income. There’s also the subscriber base, although like you say, most of that will probably move on. It's like he decided to stop and then someone made him an offer for what was left of the channel. He hasn't introduced the new people, collaborated on projects, and then announced that he was stepping aside.
According to someone in the comments section, Aaron Palos has been trying to contact him. It’s possible he will find something out.

Has Miss Emma Walsh sold her channel...?
I'm so confused by her last 3 uploads.
Either been hacked or having a breakdown
It's now been taken down, but it was two audition tapes and a random 2hr 30 race.I'm so confused by her last 3 uploads.

Still live but unlisted now:

Clearly not hacked because she is promoting it on her new Miss Emma Walsh channel - which currently has 1k subscribers. She is not at her best on the intro video. She has good presenting skills in the past (she was good at Autosport Live), so to be a lead presenter with someone or an organisation driving the content that could work well - but the first effort from BOXD TV is not encouraging.I'm so confused by her last 3 uploads.

Alex Rebuilds has posted a video explaining why he’s quit YouTube and what the future is for his former channel -
