I’ll kick off with a motoring related one.
Really gets me in films when they overdub the wrong engine sound for the actual car.
Worst of all is when they use a Ducati motorcycle which has a very deep V twin sound and replace with a Japanese 4 cylinder howl or extra worse a two stroke scream

Yup, totally. I was watching Kick Ass 2 and then end scene where Hit Girl is riding off on a Pangali sounds like a non descript 4 banger.

I beleive one of the Mission Impossible films has a Triumph Tiger that is a triple and they dubbed that with a crap sounding 4 banger. The triples make a lush sound-I should know I've bought four Speed triples in my time.

Also films such as Bad Boys 2 had the 550 Marinallo Fezza which is a V12, yet they dubbed it over with the sound of a 355 fezza. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uZPh6oJ8qFA

The Island features a Cadillac Cien which I believe was a V12. Again sounds like a 355 Fezza. Michael Bay you suck!

Every single semi-usable Reliant Regal Supervan being turned into a terrible Trotters' van replica.

Pointless thing to be irritated by, they're rubbish either way, but whenever one comes up for sale it's almost always Trotter'd out, badly, and they're charging silly money for it, it always irks me for some reason.

Not motoring related, but film related.
Lighting petrol with a discarded cigarette/cigar. Absolutely won't happen and bothers me every time

Actors always move the wheel side to side even when driving down a straight bit of road.

When the door on the car shuts it does so with a very satisfying "clunk", no matter the car or how old it is.

A very audible "blip, blip" when remote locking a car.

Wheel spin noise when pulling away quickly on gravel.

In movies, when they are mid car chase, lead protagonist turns hard and boots it round a corner performing a legendary drift, the camera cuts to a wide shot.... Showing the 10 previous takes efforts in tyre marks on the ground.

That's because normal people have no idea what an E46 is
