It's like an oasis of truth.

I think the issue here is that the "left" has had such an easy time from the BBC and similar media over the past 20 years compared to the treatment of the "right" that any rebalancing of the output towards a a more neutral position is instantly interpreted as right wing bias.
Likewise the "failure" of the media (including the BBC) to "listen carefully" (for that read unquestioningly) to Jeremy Corbyn must be hard to understand for many who live in their own twitter/facebook echo chambers of self confirmation.

That having been said, we should rightly be both wary of and critical of any right wing bias that the BBC might display in the future (- however unlikely that scenario may be.). If we are (rightly) demanding an unbiased BBC, it would be hypocritical not to criticise right wing bias as strongly as we have criticised the BBCs traditional left wing bias.
Well if I hear any conservative views on Radio 4 I will be sure to post them here to show that station is balanced. I won't hold my breath though. The bias is visceral.

Matt Baker subtely calling Theresa May a bh on the one show

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/39865210/philip-may-i...

Reminds me of his 'How on earth do you sleep at night?' directed at David Cameron. https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=do4yRf71oZM

Both very subtle digs that let everybody know what his political affiliations are. And also how much of a tt he is...

The BBC have become a joke, they used to be the one source of news you could trust, now they are just the mouthpiece of the Tory party.

I am unable to watch BBC current affairs programmes, incuding the news any longer, due to obvious bias. Question time should be titled a party political broadcast on behalf of the Conservatives. Newsnight is the same.

Thank god we have an objective, non-self-confirming, non-echo-chamber which is NP&E.

It's fun to watch whine about bias on both sides, where both sides can't figure out that they are the other side of the same coin.

The B word was for bloody difficult woman as Ken Clarke called her and May said she was going to be in the EU negotiations.

I don't know if it's bias or poor training, but twice in the last week BBC political correspondents have referred to 'seven years of Tory rule' which isn't actually correct. Should this be accurately reported?

Then again the emotion-based reporting is getting tedious - the special report from the Med aboard the ferry that brings all our future doctors and engineers over to Italy, the first sentence referring to the dangers etc etc and the 'women and children' making the journey. Later in the same report 'the vast majority of these refugees are men of working age' and the boat is being paid for by Save the Children. So a children's charity is spending good money to bring in more men of fighting age. Interesting.

All the "Rescue" units in the Med are is a Ferry service. The charities buy the boats, wait for the Rescue ships to sit off shore then send them direct to them to be transported to the EU shores.

Whilst clearly many programmes are made by the Guardianista brigade .... And rarely do I endure the one show anymore ... at risk of something going through the TV screen, I actually enjoyed the interview with the Mays. Thought she came across really well but more notably thought there was genuine spark between her & her husband.
Anyway newsnight & QT to redress the balance tonight

He should thank his lucky stars that it wasn't Dianne Abbot's car.

She would have driven over all 3 of his feet.

I see the BBC Breakfast time rosettes include a lot of red, bit of white. Is that to represent the white flag when Labour gives up?

Is it my imagination, or is the supposedly pro-left, pro-Labour, ultra biased BBC giving Labour a repeated and sound kicking this election?

It's quite funny to listen to Radio 4 fumbling round in the dark for an agenda to push.

There is no supposedly in it. Cornyn has gone outside of the BBC staff's comfort zone.
