I'm not sure what you're saying.

Are you suggesting that because someone does not have an impeccable character they have no recourse in law when subjected to mental and physical abuse?

I havent followed the case and that article doesnt really explain

The pair of them need their heads banging together, frankly. I've never had time for him,can't stand the accent or anything he thinks is amusing/interesting/worth foisting on the general public. She appears to be afflicted with more than her fair share of the mental, but nobody deserves to be treated the way he treated her.

Another case which really begs the question 'why the fk did she stay that long'?

So he gets 140 hours of unpaid work for carrying out months of abuse against another human being.
The lad from Chorley got 12 weeks prison for some words on a website, albeit not very nice ones about a missing child.
