Well if this is Trumps demand for the denuclearization of North Korea then it's never going to happen.

https://news.sky.com/story/north-korea-us-faces-un...

"Donald Trump and Kim Jong Un's summit in Hanoi in February collapsed after Mr Trump handed the North Korean leader a piece of paper demanding Pyongyang hand all its nuclear weapons and bomb fuel over to the US. It was the first time that Mr Trump himself had explicitly defined what he meant by denuclearisation directly to the North Korean leader."

Yep, that's right, hand all of your weapons over to your perceived enemy. Not the UN or a another intermediate broker for disposal but directly to the USA. Does Trump seriously expect Kim to even entertain this humiliation on the world's stage?

I thought Trump was the master negotiator - what a ridiculous demand - this is now going nowhere.

Missile launches by North Korea

US launched E7 AEW&C planes from OSAN AFB South Korea pretty much immediately - they are ready.

Wondering how far Trump will let Kim go down this route. Surely not so far as to leave a (potential) ICBM test launch or nuke test detonation unpunished?

But where on the spectrum between here and there is the uncle point?

“North Korea executed Kim Hyok-chol, its special envoy to the United States, and foreign ministry officials who carried out working-level negotiations for the Hanoi summit in February, a South Korean newspaper has reported.

Kim Yong-chol, a senior official who had been US secretary of state Mike Pompeo’s counterpart in the run-up to the second summit between Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un, is also said to have been subjected to forced labour and ideological education as one of the officials held responsible for its collapse, the Chosun Ilbo said.”

The resultant failure that Kim see's is the sanctions not getting lifted.
It was in his hands all the time though. It was he that caused the 'failure'.

I don't think there will be many volunteers to be on the next negotiation team.

Does he wait for volunteers? I think this is all done by a tap on the shoulder.

Two more missile tests - except they can't be 'tests', you wouldn't waste two assets at the same time during a real test program.
