After all the trouble they had with the floods it's now Norfolk's turn for a rubbish plant fire

An eyewitness called Allan told BBC Radio Stoke the fire was destroying the building. "The old recycling place is burning down and fire has got of most of the roof," he said.
Whats that mean? You get paid to fill an old building with 'recyclable plastic and wait for it to burn down spontaneoulsy?

This fire can only make Stoke-on-Trent a more attractive place to visit. Keep stoking it!

Ulcombe: Plastic waste at Little Neverend Farm a 'fire hazard'

A father is urging the authorities to do something about a pile of rubbish at the property next door – even though it belongs to his son.

Barton Tarry, 80, who owns Neverend Farm at Pye Corner in Ulcombe insists a pile of plastic waste at neighbouring Little Neverend Farm is a fire hazard.

But the recycling site, owned by Martin Tarry, is completely legitimate and fully complies with regulations and licences.

Barton Tarry says waste on his son’s land is a fire hazard
There was a blaze at the property in July 2015, which needed 45 firefighters to put out.

At its height, a huge black cloud could be seen as far away as Sittingbourne.

Martin Tarry, 48, believes the fire was arson.

Another big one in Liverpool last weekend. Less than 6 months since the last big one at the same site, which also co-incidentally started in the early hours of Saturday morning.

It's the same place that burnt down a couple of years ago, look on Google Street View, the building is still wrecked from the fire.

Traveling through birmingham on the train regularly at the moment and I find it somewhat odd that Crown records management (secure records archiving place) is part of the same physical building as a recycling plant. This place:
