They can publish what they want. They need to grow a spine to publish what the rest of the world can see before a court confirms what we already know. Happens all too often these days. The worst of which
went on for a few months was "the alleaged killers of Lee Rigby". None of the MSM had the decency to actually write what the whole world knew. As if the murdering scum were going to sue, or it was going to make any difference to the trial.
Maybe they don't want to get done for contempt of court?

Not a lawyer but I understand that labelling them guilty in the press could be seen as swaying the jury and risk getting the case dropped altogether, and get the publication done for contempt of court.

Oh the irony...
Doesn't surprise me at all, I'm just grateful for camera phones these days!
Liberal leftie fk-tards would have you believe you have to be white and heterosexual to be a racist, clearly not.
There's plebs in every colour and race.

I had to get the bus at the weekend due to engineering works and a covered female got on the bus with pram even though there wasn't space which forced off an old fail disabled woman in a wheelchair type device which was already in the disabled/buggy space.

The bus driver wouldn't listen to reason and stopped the bus till the old woman got off which I and the rest of the passengers on the bus thought was out of order as she was on the bus first and imo disabled should take priority over pram users, after five minutes and tensions getting frayed (thought the bus driver was going to lamp the guy who was pleading with him to listen to reason) I decided to record the incident.

Looking at the comments generated on liveleak over this black woman's incident I'm not sure whether to upload it to youtube or not.

If in London why not send it to TFL, see what they make of the bus drivers decision.

Absolutely do it. Woman should not have been allowed on the bus if there was no room, whether dressed in a bin bag or not. Bare minimum should be 1st come,1st served,if not disabled priority.

Are you sure it was a wheelchair? Wheelchair users ALWAYS have priority over pushchair/pram users. It's usually written on the bus somewhere.

I've put it on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ekj6msav4fU

tbh I don't think the bus driver was originally going to let the second pushchair user on as he didn't open the rear doors and she jumped on the front and tapped in then brought the buggy on via the front doors.

Was a wheeled zimmerframe type of device that the user could be seated on, even if it was a wheelchair it seems they wouldn't have priority sadly http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-leeds-3037644...

I would not have let that happen, that was shameful, you should have done more (rather than bloody record it). A old women kicked off the bus at night.. ffs.

The man that was stood up talking to the driver had tried with no avail for a couple of minutes, the rest of the bus vocally agreed with him. I only started recording when the bus driver opened up his cubicle door as I thought it may kick off.

I am amazed this was allowed to happen and am even more amazed that sitting there and recording it was your response to the situation - could nobody have offered her a seat? I'm pretty sure that those frames can be folded down.

I can sort of understand the issue in the link you provide as, while it's not ideal, the pushchair user was already on the bus and therefore has a sort of priority (just as it wouldn't be reasonable to expect anyone currently on the bus to get off and make space - essentially 'first come, first served').

Agree with what you're saying but I'm a bit confused.

Untakenname says that Old Woman was already on the bus but had to make way for "covered lady"?
