"Authorities in the town of Schorndorf in Baden-Württemberg have expressed shock after police and bystanders were attacked by members of a group of around 1,000 youths."

"Group" doesn't seem an adequate collective noun for 1,000 people.

Early reports of a couple of people dead and others injured following an 'automatic weapon' attack in the early hours in a nightclub in Konstanz.

Reports suggest the perpetrator was Iraqi.

looks like some previous warnings about the Nightclub in Konstanz were posted on FB. Something along the lines of "Careful! This nightclub is a terrorist hangout, don't attend unless you wan't to get shot!"

Not sure of the relevance of that. German police have ruled out terrorism. https://uk.reuters.com/article/uk-germany-security...

The German Police report exactly what their political paymasters tell them to. The perpetrator of Friday's machete attack in Hamburg was, of course, 'psychologically damaged'.

AIUI the Police have said that the attack on Friday was by a failed asylum seeker with known Islamist connections. Whereas in this case they've said there's no link with terrorism .

Do they "political paymasters " change on a daily basis ?

yes, in retrospect a warning about someone getting shot is not relevant to someone getting shot.

Ok, perhaps I should have queried the relevance of the word terrorist in your post.

And quite possibly a greater number of the rapists.

Touché - but if anyone deserves refugee status it's the Yazidis. I wish we were doing the same - instead we seem to be taking in young single men from places like Eritrea, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sudan etc.

Uprooting them? Forcing them to integrate in the West while their culture is diminished/destroyed in their homeland?

It's not that I don't share your compassion. Just that I don't agree with your "solution".

I am with you on the importation of hundreds of thousands of useless, rapey age males though. Quite a few people suggested it wasn't a great idea, either for us or for Germany. They got called names.

In my opinion it was a huge mistake to open the border of Germany (and others) to free movement of non-EU nationals.
It was also a huge mistake to not secure the borders of Greece and Turkey.

Refugee camps should have been established within Syria and north Africa with aid and protection sent out to them.
What was once known as the Western Desert in Egypt has no doubt got space for a pleasant camp to be built for refugees in humane and safe conditions

Its very likely they have no future in the middle east.

A realistic refugee policy would be to evacuate them, Christians, and any other religious minorities from the Arab world.
