Well one of them is pish easy - blokey on the right is Polish, given the setting he's the president. (perhaps don't have someone with the Polish flag on their lapel..)

Bloke on the right is Latvian (but I vaguely remember his photo from a recent trip to Lativia, so that's cheating)

wink

I've no idea where they're from, but whoever suggested that was a good place for a photo should be shot!

Please can you recommend a different search engine!! It's American and successful and the EU don't like that.

Labour made benefits so generous that it could become a lifestyle choice, they used sickness/invalidity benefits to disguise unemployment, and they destroyed the economy so that not working became an inter-generational habit - and habits are hard to break.

And look how Labour scream in uproar whenever the Tories try to trim the benefits ever so lightly and encourage people back to work.

Labour would rather keep the British unemployed and flood the country with migrants, because both groups will become their client vote eventually.

If the current infrastructure is full but the land is not the logical step is to build a massive new city.

I once drove through Wiltshire and spent what felt like 60mins solid driving through greenery

fk the greenery I say! Or at least we can give up one section to take the pressure off surely.
The greenery you talk of is food production , something we will need more of with an increased population.
When do you stop building new cities? where does the services come from? Electricity production is running on equipment well past it sell by date, water, the last major reservoir was built when it was under national ownership a very long time ago, very easy to say build more towns far harder to do.
We could be approaching the Soylent Green scenario quicker that we thought. If that is what people want for the UK, all we need to do is continue importing hundreds of thousands more people than we export each year.
It's what the treasury want, importing growth duck the consequences.

unfortunately the ones hanging about pissing and drinking in the streets here aren't in nice suits. Wherever they're from is irrelevant, it's not here; they add nothing and in fact make the place worse. There are many British smackheads about too, but why add to our problems?

You fking libtard! laugh

I never said "accurate on every one" I said "general"

So YES a Danish/Norwegian person has a different facial appearance to someone from the Med. I don't know why you want to even fight that laugh Do you think Chinese, Korean and Japanese all look the same? I don't and I would imagine most people would have a decent guess if presented with a man from each of those countries and had to multiple guess.

As ever, thought you want to imply that ALL people from Europe are wonderful and none of them could ever be degenerates.... rolleyes

why, you are rude fking idiot aren't you?

yeah, if I was presented with a Japanese man, a Chinese man, and a Korean man, and had multiple guesses, I'd probably get it eventually rolleyes

Whilst general facial appearance of Eastern Europeans is different to that of Brits/Germans/Dutch. And if you wanted to picture a low IQ Albanian labourer I bet most would have a stereotypical image which isn't a million miles away from reality.
as I said, utter ste
how far East do you go from Berlin for example before they change facial appearance? at the Polish border? Or as far as Kaliningrad (Königsberg when it was part of Germany)

to say nothing of the millions of people in all those countries who are descendants of immigrants (ie fking everybody at some point)

I work with people from at least 40 countries, I don't actually think any one of them look like a stereotype from that country.

as for your devastating parting shot.. wtf? where have remotely implied anything of the kind?

plenty of people from Europe (including UK) are 'degenerates'

you, for example

Always amuses me when people call me up at work and are surpised by the northern accent they get, as opposed to polish or German, merely based on my name.

Still good to know Rich_w would be able to spot me as a (2nd) generation immigrant merely from the shape of my skull. It's more than most people can do; he's got a real gift there.

Why do we need more people here exactly?
Plenty of space in the really big countries that could be filled up first.
Because we've got an ageing indiginous population causing a huge drag on our services and the employment of Brits is running at an all time high of 75%. Which, technically, is full employment

Meanwhile the vast majority of immigrants from the EU are young, in employment and net tax payers. So we benefit from having them here.

But let's not let facts get in the way.
We have 2+ Million unemployed and 3 Million immigrants.
There must be a way to have near enough net 0 unemployed and 1 Million immigrants.
It's even better for our economy.

I wouldn't mind my coffee being served by someone British.
You're assuming the unemployed (which is more like 1.6m) have the same skills as the immigrants?
The fact that people employ the immigrants and not the unemployed would suggest they don't have the skills (or aptitude/attitude).

So rather than taking the easier (possibly cheaper) option of using immigrants shouldn't the issues you refer to be addressed then instead? Or is improving skills aptitude / attitude something left in the the too hard to do box?

Well if someone cant disagree without say ing "utter ste" they probably wont expect a polite response. As ever, Leftys can give it but when they get some kick back they try to imply the other is the aggressor. You sicken me!

LEts have a game. These 3 are each 1 of those nationalities. Have a guess which is which.

Not THAT difficult is it!

Ok, so I'm going to go out on a limb and say that people from Latvia, Lithuiania tend to resemble Russians.

Albanians are interesting, because last year I spent some time with an Albanian girl, she was actually born in Tirana. And moved with her parents here when she was 9. And Yep, Her parents looked fairly Mediterranean. Whoever would have thought such a thing. One of my Polish friends actually has an almost German accent though, but she grew up quite near that border.

Well Germany have basically trashed themselves with their "never be seen to be racist so allow as many differnet groups in as possible" outlook so I'm not surprise theres 40 countries represented. I would suggest I've not worked with 40 different nationalities in the last 10 years.

Meh. Been called worse by more important people than you. loser As an ExPat (guessing) Why do you care about Britain at all. You obviously feel we aren't a decent country to live in, hence going elsewhere. Or perhaps you feel you are allowed to critique from afar and tell us how to live and what to think.

Isn't that EXACTLY my point that people make assessments and assumptions on the limited information they have instantly and guess on someone's origins?

And I appreciate that you are special, but I said "general stereotypes" so whilst it may not always be accurate. It's a guess based on limited information. 2nd and subsequent generations are inevitably going to be different. But keep trying to point score.

OK, now look up on google maps where Kaliningrad is, what country it's part of, where Lithuania, Latvia and Poland are, and how those borders have changed over the years, then tell me Germans are clearly different looking. Then if you actually went to the Baltic countries you'd find that people there said they were quite different from the 'ethnic Russians' who also live there

yes, go back far enough, for the UK look back from the bronze age, through the Celts, the Saxons, Jutes, Danes, Normans etc etc,

Ah so you are quite provincial, although you work with a couple of Serb/Macedonian/Poles?
how is fruit picking these days?

Go to a big international firm in a big city

'Trashed themselves' by allowing Americans, Brits, Dutch, French people to work there, crazy
