Why does Abbott have to be so theatrical in her delivery? Makes her sound (even more) ridiculous.
Keeps her 6 week panto contract in every year.
"Oh no, she doesn't!"
Finally!!!!
well that's all behind you now

Momentum suggests that Fiona Bruce was wrong to say that Labour are behind in the polls and Diane Abbott was correct saying they were level pegging.

Latest YouGov Westminster voting intention figures (13-14 Jan):

Conservatives 39%,
Labour 34%

Selecting one poll result doesn't really prove your point does it?

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Opinion_polling_for_...

In actual fact I think any polls since Chequers are meaningless in terms of how both parties will do in a GE. You support the ERG and thus say you will vote Conservative. You support pro-business Remainer Tories, and think they will keep you closely aligned with the EU, and therefore say you will vote Conservative.

There isn't a unified party with a common position to vote for.

Surprised not to see Nigel. His appearance on Peston last night was refreshingly blunt and made Peston (what an affected prat he is) squirm.

I'd be willing to bet a fair sum that Momentum will spin it against FB either way tonight:
- FB goes easy on coloured female - "proves she's a Tory sympathiser"
- FB gives coloured female a hard time - "proves she's racist/sexist"

Best outcome by far is for FB to carry on as she has been and ignore the concocted furore altogether. Any chance the BBC will do the same and actually give her their full support?

Apparently its "a person of colour" not "a coloured person". redcard

Buggered if I know the difference.

QT is pointless now. It will be 99% the same brexit drivel and one other question about some old bks.
I find it incredible that nothing else seems to have happened in the last 2 years to get people animated on QT.
The mind boggles at what injustices have slipped past us.
Piniochet would have been back and forth about 30 times were he not dead.

Sonia is on Sky News paper report quite often, all she ever bangs on about is overturning the referendum result.
