Your golf club rules would quite clearly state what % would be needed to make a change.

Our rules quite clearly stated that the % was 50%+1 of the votes cast.

Personally, I think that our rules were 55%+1 of votes cast. It wasn't, so I have to believe in the result as it stands.

Well yes but it's really just reflecting what's going on in parliament, they seem to have virtually stopped all normal month by month business and are doing nothing but Brexit. We're almost like the US with their government shutdown, nothing's getting done, #becausebrexit.
