He stated it in one of his recent videos after the trial. He plans to get the best legal representation he has can find and then everything left over will go to the charity.

If i were him i'd save a bit to pay for protection from the nut jobs in the far right, he's created a bit of a monster and seems a few are not too happy that he is not a Neo Nazi after all....

Did everyone catch the bit where Dankula said he never wanted it to be a public video, only for his girlfriend and a few mates and that's it.
One of his mates posted it publicly without his consent.

That is an acceptance that he knew it was not something he wanted out there in this way....
Just adds another layer to the story.

At the start of the Freedom event speech he says 'I filmed the dogs antics and put it on youtube' - He was clearly happy for it to be public as he uploaded it. I doubt he expected it to be viewed as many times as it was, but it was not posted to youtube by mates. It was probably shared by mates.

This is the thing for me, true FoS erosion would be if DANKULA had done this with his dog in his home and a buzzer went off in a police station and 5 mins later the police turn up...
He is perfectly free to do stuff in his own home....i could sit here now at my laptop and do a Nazi salute... just did... and so far...no one has come to arrest me...

Now if i filmed myself doing that and put it on facebook.... well, it was a joke...but still it could go down very wrong...

The thing that caught out dankula was putting it on social media and frankly i don't blame the police for not knowing he was a comedian...

Not quite, he posted it to his public YouTube channel and someone then posted a link to Reddit where it went viral. This happened while he was out of the country so he didn't know about it until later.
