Why? Nothing on the internet is strictly necessary, as already said.

None of this is relevant, it just more wasting of police time (isn't that an offence?). By the police.

South Yorkshire Police are having an online q&a on hate crimes. It’s not going very well though.

https://mobile.twitter.com/syptweet/status/9199781...

Some examples of the type of comments they are getting:

“Comment From Fyodor
My friend just called me a "wog" on AOL chat, is there some sort of legal recourse I could utilise?”

“Comment From Eric Shunn
What happens if I try to talk to someone on the bus and they are rude? Can I make a citizen's arrest?”

“Comment From joe
Hi, I was at work today and someone called me a 'gaylord' can you arrest him plz”

The home office have announced a 29% year on year increase in hate crime.

https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/system/uploa...

Twitter is getting pretty frothy about it in relation to Brexit however, the report shows 19% and 18% increases in the previous two years respectively so, some evidence to support it certainly but perhaps not quite the strength of evidence some will believe.

Also, surely there is the possibility that individuals were/are more sensitive to incidents and thus more likely to report a hate crime in the wake of Brexit?

Apparently, convictions are down. The supercilious sack of balls that is Yvette Cooper is reportedly "disturbed" that the increase in reported incidents is not reflected in the conviction rate.

Yeah, possibly because it's a load of ste, luv.

I was airing a view on PH & people immediately responded saying:

"speshul"
"fktard"
"bellend"
"wker"
""
"damaged garden gnome"
"idiot"
"nazi"
"mental"
"custard stain"
"motherfking piglet"
"throbber"
"melt"

BV can show his libertarian side & sort the legal rep.

Edit: "motherfking piglet" was actually about James Corden.

Thoughtcrime is just a form of social mind-control to shutdown views you don't agree with.

It all boils down to whether you've read 1984 or you haven't.

Avon and Somerset police officers are painting their nails for anti slavery day (because the neon nail vanish will terrify the human traffickers) and are getting some abuse for it which they are not taking kindly too.

Perhaps they ought to actually crack down on that certain group who like to move from place to place with their abodes in tow? I hear they are quite keen on the old slavery routine.

Imagine if as recently ago as 1997 you'd told people that in the not too distant future the Police would concern themselves with painting their nails and attending gay parades in their LGBT-liveried cars.

Indeed. I'd prefer to omit the guns but I'm OK with the rest of it.
