Whenever I go into project meetings I always carry a notepad and pen. I have a page with all the key figures I'm likely to be asked, so if I am asked - I don't look like a complete ass in front of my peers. This is just normal planning that anyone worth his/her salt will do, no big deal. I suppose if you're a politician you've never learnt this stuff?
