Grand Jury? Fired director immediately after?

Not enough popcorn in the world for this.

Who wore that letter then?

"Three separate occasions"

Look folks, they say I am in the clear.....

Breitbart claiming things that have not been clarified yet. Cannot even begin to watch that dribbling idiot web site of Jones. Hate giving him the hits for ratings and income anyway.

Yeah no way that letter was 'leaked'. It was released. He is too stupid to realise how desperate it makes him look though.

Thing that I find surprising in all this, there is no definite action on anything, lots of finger pointing and I am expecting a 2020 with the incumbent going for a second term.

Sort of hints at the best of a poor choice won and not much is really going to happen.

Edit, thinking about this Comey thing, are there any "keep quiet" clauses as now an ex FBI head and who will take his place?

Can't be keep quiet clauses if called to testify

So Trump sacks Comey and now Trump gets to decide who leads the FBI and is tasked with investigating Trump's links to Russia. Seems legit

Just because Trump thinks he may have stifled an FBI investigation does not mean other investigations will cease. It's a game of "Whack-a mole" for the administration.

Short of turning the US into a tin pot dictatorship, there are other organs of democratic freedoms that will continue to examine the Russian links.

I thought that the head of the FBI was a senate appointee and can't be fired by the president?

I would like to wait a bit more to see why etc. I expect it to be "different".

Fly on the wall books a few years down the line are going to make for interesting reading.

Got to love Trumps letter saying Comey told him three times he was not under investigation - desperation? Especially as Comey Testified just a few days ago that he was under investigation.

And this is burying the ask over why they took so long to fire Flynn.

Did you read the article? I could have picked a better part to be honest but as a petite bourgeoisie, I'm a bit busy earning a crust and grinding the faces of the poor workers. Read it, if you relate to that persons writing then you're a loon (but i think you wont).
I did read the article, and lots of it rang lots of bells. That's why people like David Duke, the KKK, and the "alt right" are such big fans (or "were" until they started realising what a shullbit artist he is).
??

Nevermind, the circus has moved on now and we are into the next phase of Trump's hero's journey. Jeez what a feck up.
