Horizon Zero Dawn

Played it for an hour after work and first impressions are good - lovely looking game, and very quick and easy to get into - As I expected there are a lot of similarities to Tombraider and Far Cry, (which isn't a bad thing), some almost identical like having camp fires as save points, killing the wildlife etc, really looking forward to getting more into it...

I picked this up yesterday and spent a few hours on it last night. Its very good so far and very cut scene heavy if you like that sort of thing (can skip). After a few hours I still don't think iv started to scratch the surface and im looking forward to what it is going to bring as I delve deeper into the wild land.
If you like Far Cry, Tombraider and Uncharted type of games then you will like this. Very good game so far.

Spent another couple of hours on this today mainly doing side missions to try and level up before I move deeper. I climbed a tall neck and as I was about to turn it off I discovered another enemy. Thought well its saved so lets have a go. It didnt end well for me, my arrows didnt do much damage so ill avoid these things for a while until im stronger, this is the first time I have died from a robot.
Im also not too sure about upgrading weapons, potions etc. Do they explain this further in the game? Im about a level 12 and I have only currently upgraded my bag to carry more items.
Stealth kills have made it slightly easier.
