Much the same is said about Corbyn and many other white politicians (Blair, Johnson, Bercow spring to mind but there are others), which seems to give the lie to your point.
I would recommend you take a look at some of the YouTube videos of Abbot in action. Then tell me she doesn’t deserve the criticism.
No one on QT mentioned Abbott’s colour. Momentum have simply assumed that she was challenged as a result of her colour.

She holds a very senior position in British politics, yet displays none of the attributes you'd expect (and demand) of someone who's attained that standing.
That and only that is why she gets the attention and derogatory treatment - if I didn't know better, I'd find it difficult to believe she was a backbencher, let alone in the shadow cabinet.
It clearly has nothing to do with her race and gender from my (and most other neutral people's) perspective.
