Sounds like a terrorist attack. Just because it's a white lunatic and the victims are Muslim doesn't make it less of a terrorist incident.
And it's just been declared that the Met are treating it as such, let's just hope they investigate
with a slightly more open mind than your opening statement.
Again, let's hope any fatalities and injuries are as minimum as possible.

If anybody is at the scene, would you please ask the people videoing it on their phones to hold the phone in landscape mode - not portrait.
I am absolutely fed up with trying to watch an ongoing event in portrait when my telly is set to landscape.
Thank you.

Even under adversity we must maintain standards.

Another depressing incident.
There was an eyewitness on LBC earlier who claimed the ambulance took an hour to turn up and the chap, who was clearly still shaken up at what he had witnessed, claimed this was because the victims were Muslims and now even the state don't care about them. It's sad that someone would think in such a way.
This 'them and us' mentally that we're increasingly seeing is clearly what the perpetrators of such attacks want to see.

He's unlikely to have been wearing a bomb belt, fake or real. That's likely to have reduced any need to shoot.
Oh dear. The van is from our village, well known local business. I wonder who the perps will turn out to be, early reports saying one arrested but two managed to flee the scene? Not good
Looking at the footage of the guy arrested being detained by locals, kudos to everyone involved. That could easily have turned ugly with him coming to serious harm so you have to admire them for their restraint.
