and your point is ? beeley is obviously suffering delusions of grandeur (do you know who i am ? eh naw ) with a serious mental health issue. well done to the bloke on the receiving end of the spittle flecked rant for not sticking one on him, legally justifiable as soon as the fanny put his hands on his throat.

The plot thickens...

The Sun said:
She added: “The police turned up and said that there was nothing they could do about it.”
This does surprise me somewhat - I'd wager if there was a video of me accosting somebody in that manner I'd end up in the back of a police car.

He needs help. He must be ill. I can't otherwise believe how long his "performance" carries on for without an internal monitor in his brain saying this is ridiculous.
We've all got angry before, but how is it so sustained?
He's actually very lucky he didn't go off on one with someone less accommodating.
In fact, yes, because it was so absurd it probably sent the signal to the passenger seat guy that there was something wrong with the older guy coming at him.
Probably felt it wrong to punch an ill man.

The guy is clearly having a mental breakdown. I don't get why you'd upload the footage onto facebook etc. Sure, record the evidence but it's another attack all together to share this worldwide. To me the poster of the footage is vindictive, probably because the police realised the guy is disturbed but he wants his revenge...

Mr Gale added that it wasn't until after police had shown up to mediate the incident, and insurance details had been exchanged, that the family saw Beeley's name and realised who he was.

Really - even if I saw his name I'd have no idea...
Shouldn't that read, as soon as the press contacted me...

that has to be some sort of mental breakdown.

Wasn't even involved in shunt, so road rage by proxy.

It would have been the most satisfying clip ever if he had been on the receiving end of a one-punch knockout after his tantrum. Even better than the old classic clip of the chav who picked on the martial arts dude outside his own house.

A little taller than average - check
Trousers by Samuel Windsor - check
Floppy toff hair - check
Hints of public schooling - check
Probably a bit of a rugby 'ledge' in his school days, leading to delusional hard-man attitude - check

Bet he has a wax jacket in his boot.

Would have been so much better to see his nose re-adjusted at the end.

What does social class have to do with it? If anything this video is a prime example of just how retarded it is to judge ANY person based on their accent.

We are all guilty of it. Doesn't make it right though. The woman shouting wasn't any less classy than the tosser stomping around shouting insults. The guy in the passenger seat had nothing but class in this situation. Didn't lower himself to said tossers level. Simply called the fuz.
THAT'S MY FACKIN SON!!

Lovely.

Should we start running a book on the potential for police action over this? Will Beeley be in the gallows by the weekend or will there "not be enough evidence to convict"?

I suspect had he not been a white BBC producer 'suffering some sort of breakdown' rolleyes he'd have been straight into custody

I'm surprised there hasn't been the usual Mirror/Scum/Wail CompoFace pics of the kids yet.

I wonder what sort of car they were driving? Odds are, it was some modified Ford/Vauxhall/Jap turd being driven in the manner befitting a bellend, caused an incident and this bloke has taken exception to it.

I'll take the bait...

Are you suggesting that non-white, non-bbc people who make threats and conduct assaults don't avoid custody and charge?

How is the sentiment of what you have said different to someone saying the following:
"I suspect had the victims been non-white, he'd have been straight into custody".

I think it's now known as "climate change" and references to "man made" have taken something of a back seat. Both quite important details.

This article http://metro.co.uk/2017/07/24/producer-behind-davi... suggests that he wasn't even involved in the incident:

"This car pulled across into our lane and hit our car – our whole car moved and we almost got knocked into the outside lane. We pulled over to the side of the road and my wife got out of the car to exchange insurance details with this woman – I didn’t really think anything of it at the time. Then Fergus Beeley pulled up behind us in a different car and started screaming and shouting at us."

So what? Some dopey old with mental health issues deserves to go around threatening and grabbing anyone of a perceived lower class for any reason? This forum is mental.
