Hmmm. Maybe he wasn't thinking straight, I suppose it was early and the first thing a president should do is check twitter for people who have been nasty to him [that's right isn't it?].

Digesting the info now, my ask earlier was to Black Flag as he/she claimed it could not be done with no proof. Wonder at the level of ability to claim that or just relying on a website.
