Just reported an exploding bag, people with facial injuries. Wonder if it's another battery exploding?

Based on a bloke's Twitter photo I've seen and [already] repetition on BBC Breakfast, I think it's time for half an hour of Kisstory!

Photo on metro.co.uk, seems not a battery fire. Looks more deliberate.

Horrible for those caught up in the incident however, from the picture, it does seem a bit odd.

Could be anything from a careless recycling of a Samsung Phone to a prank to an incident designed to scare.

The silver foil bag and large container has my spider-sense twitching on the final item. The fact that the fire brigade appear to be diving in suggests that it's not a viable bomb.
