Panamera DAB/TV poor reception

All,

6 year old Panamera with the DAB/TV. I understand that is an earlier system but my XKR had a similar aged DAB and that was perfect.

Does anyone here have a Panamera with TV/DAB and find reception is unusable? It is shocking to say the least. Is there a common fault or method to improve reception?

Porsche DAB is known to be flaky generally.

I use my phone and noise-cancelling ear-plugs (Bose QC20); a great combination.

2014 Panamera and yes DAB can be intermittent in both built up and more rural locations...

For me, switching to an FM signal for a few seconds and then switching back to DAB 'stabilises' the constant data loading...the DAB signal is so random though, so not sure if this is actually resolving signal issues or fixing anything...
