I think its either someone messing about with fireworks or perhaps a gang related shooting or something.

There are loads of police on scene but all look calm and no major concern unlike the last attack when they were changing into PSU gear on the street in a big rush etc.

I suspect what that actually means is they grabbed a tweet stating that without seeking any verification as to its authenticity.
