May as well keep them in one place from now on. 2017 being the deadliest year for mass shootings in modern US history and they couldn’t let the current year end quietly.

Police in Colorado say a number of officers are "down" following a shooting incident outside Denver.

Gunfire broke out as Sheriff's deputies responded to calls of a "domestic disturbance" at a landscaped apartment complex south of the City around 5am local time.

How’s about you also set up a thread to keep all the UK terrorist attacks in one place? May as well keep them in one place as well, 2017 being what it’s been.

Oh touched a nerve. If only there were more good guys with guns.

Thankfully UK terrorist attacks are still a rare occurrence, but thanks for your concern.

You forgot to add 'Part I' in the thread title or maybe the mods do that.

Maybe once they reach the level of even a week of mass shootings in the US we could do that. Luckily they are incredibly rare.

Yes, trivialising such a serious issue in this way is 100% trolling. And I don’t know any trolls that aren’t also pillocks.

5 terror attacks in the UK in 2017.

345 mass shootings in the USA in 2017.

Your feeble attempt at comparison slips and falls like the drunkard who's way past his marginal utilty.

Bottle your anger, put the safety on and have a beer.

I guess it is easier to track and prevent organised terrorist attacks. Lone moron/nutter events like those in the US are difficult to predict and stop.

Thankfully the terrorists still believe in teamwork hehe

For those interested, the shooting in Colorado claimed the life of a 29 year old Sheriff's Deputy who leaves behind a wife and two children. He had only been in the job for seven months.

Yup. A mass shooting is classed as 4 or more people. It's quite unusual to have a mass shooting free day in the USA.

I did name it the 'official' thread. Maybe you have to bung haymarket a few quid for the official title.

2017 was the deadliest year for gun crime in Baltimore since 1993. The 2017 count stood at 343 on Friday. The city suffered 353 homicides in 1993.

Even in NI in the darkest days that was a bad year. Happy New Year Y'all.

Sadly he will be followed by many more US police officers in 2018.

It's a bit of an unclassy thing to do. As someone pointed out above you may as well start with a 'Uk terrorists start early' thread and watch the right wing nutters gather for a islamigasm.

Why don't you go over to the US with a big banner explaining how much better you are than them?
