Seriously?

Saving grace is she couldn't be worse than Trump.

Next it’ll be Jeremy Kyle to lead Labour? Maybe Judge Rinder?

I don't think UK is nearly as bad as where the US is. Looks like the US Presidency is becoming a reality show popularity contest where you need celebrity to achieve any credible chance of success.

They just showed her speech on newsnight, I didn't get it confused When she started people were laughing as if they knew it was a joke and then some blokes started to stand and clap.

On the BBC ten o'clock news, they said Oprah has denied that she intends running for President.
Then the reporter said "They all say that"
So what does someone who absolutely doesn't intend to run say when asked?

She's got all the right cards to play, gender, race and even is a bit of a fatty too. That's my tip for inclusion and increasing your diverstity ratios this year, Fatties.

She's a shoe in.

I wouldn’t expect to be fan of her politics but in defence of the concept I can see how she has appeal. While I have little time for the well voiced cry that career politicians = bad so non career politician politician must = good Oprah herself is a pretty formidable person. Look where she came from and appreciate what she has achieved. That must take quite some doing. So she must have considerable qualities. Whether those qualities could transfer to the Office of the Presidency is up for debate but if I had to pass comment I’d suggest she’s achieved more and shown “better” qualities than the incumbent.

Interesting times.

The one definitive example is:

"I shall not seek, and I will not accept, the nomination of my party for another term as your president."

That's not exactly hard though, is it?

Well she certainly knows plenty of powerful and influential people who could help fund any campaign

Well she's already got the stunning hypocrisy bit sorted, along with total amnesia about inconvenient history. Suggests she'd go a long way in political office.

The really telling photos are the ones where she looks like she's pimping reluctant young girls to Harvey.

At the bookies, Trump is currently 5/2 clear favourite to be the next US President in 2020.

Oprah is way out, at 16/1.

Right now, she has no chance.

will every voter get a new car via a key in a bag under their chair at the polling station, or is that Ellen?
