On the Andrew Marr show tomorrow:

Liam Fox and Keith Stamer

Meanwhile flip over afterwards to catch Peston mangling spoken English and having as his guests:
Andrea Leadsom and Tom "have I stlll got a job" Watson plus DUP MP Nigel " Arlenes more man than me" Dodds
Pity we can't have the twisted fire starter and the blessed Nicola lined up in opposite corners.

That would sell tickets in certain areas of the country....

As far as I know Farage is still a UK MEP.

Ken Clarke is up there in a party with lots of MP's / MEP's to chose from.

Wondering how many times poly Toynbee has been on. Can’t find a list of none politicians

Yes, much as he wishes he wasn't, and as much as he'd downplay the actual importance of the job. He must downplay it, since he can't be arsed to do it...

But don't forget that MEPs are not elected personally. They are only selected by headcount off a party list, with voters having voted for the party.

Farridge has never won an election for anything, personally, despite five attempts at a Westminster seat.

BTW, you'll notice Farridge has the highest appearance count per year of anybody? Clarke's total is higher, simply because he's been around longer.

I'm a bit confused as to what this thread is for: is it to post about which politicians are on which TV show (which is publicised pretty widely, arguably rendering the thread redundant), or to comment on politicians' performances on TV?

It's a very good thread that keeps people informed which politicians are appearing on TV. In it people may comment on such appearances.

It was started by techiedave because Diane Abbott has melted into the background and he wants to keep himself sharp in case she surfaces for air. If he missed that, it would spoil his year.....rumour has it poor old Dave is frequently seen walking round in circles and rubbing his legs in despair....hehe

Sunday 6th May is Barry Gardiner Day.

Firstly he pops up on the Andrew Marr show along with Anna Sourbry, Amanda Platell and the greatest journalist ever Kay Burley

Then he manages to run like the clappers to get on to Pestons show an hour later and there he is joined with Jacob Rees Mogg

The man is just excellent and I for one would gladly pay double the licence fee to watch him more often

Smiler.
