do you think white kids should only buy white music?
What on earth is "white music"? Music, as far as I can tell doesn't recognise either race or colour. Having said that, I prefer music with melody and harmony being more to the forefront than rhythm, but all form a part of the art.Just seen this

So it appears Stormzy can make a difference of sorts.

And like every petition for the government they (Parliament) discuss it and say they'll do something in the future. Only the thick sign those now.http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-5429143/Gr...

I'm waiting for Stormy to try and stop young black males from stabbing to death other black males!
I guess his high paying puppeteers don't care enough about that to get him to comment on it....

Who gives a st what that homophobic thinks?
Though good to see the usual hypocrites are perfectly happy to overlook that when it suits their politics.
Where has anyone overlooked anything?, I personally haven’t given any opinion on Stormzy either as an artist or a person.Though good to see the usual hypocrites are perfectly happy to overlook that when it suits their politics.

You do realise young white males stab other young white males to death at a greater rates than young black males do!!! Also you do realise that the last statement is how a lot of young people think (without the Ali G dialect) be they black white Indian Chinese or whatever, also all races sell & take drugs so lets get rid of any racial conortones shall we.
The bloke's a bit of a nobber as far as I'm concerned. An opinion I hold on most celebrities who feel that because they've done some make believe in a film or sung a song or two that they absolutely must share their opinions and views with us. For the most part it's virtue signalling, but with this bloke he's pushing his own political views hard. He has publicly endorsed Corbyn, criticised May on more than one occasion and appeared in a list of the 100 most influential people on the left.
Whilst not officially endorsed by Labour, these were well circulated by all accounts.
His vocal criticism of the Met for racial profiling went well with his album cover for 'Gang signs and Prayer.' Whilst I don't think much of his music, that's simply a matter of preference. If I judge him by his (non sung) words and actions, I'm not massively impressed. Not to take away from his success though, that is impressive. Billy Bragg in Grime perhaps.
