Need some help please ?

My current work setup is two BT Freelance handsets on two lines.
I seem to be missing calls & if both lines are busy then its an engaged tone.
I'm only a small business, me usually answering the calls.
I need something that i can monitor & use while mobile without using my own personal mobile phone but would need something at the office.
Am i complicating it ?

We recently converted onto internet phones, previously we had one line and BT infinity.

Now we have that same telephone number which diverts to our three extensions each with separate outside phone numbers, voicemail, intercom , divert etc
This works on the internet, so no call charges at all, and they can all be used at the same time.

The monthly bill is slightly less, but the system is infinitely expandable.

Downside: call quality can sometimes be patchy
