If the child is taken to Italy and cured, I suspect that will follow.

If I'm not mistaken, the Italian hospital said they wouldn't do anything differently than Alder Hey.

Some of the stuff on Facebook really is the bottom of the barrel - and the dad is happily stoking the lot...

Freeman of the land ste.

Claims his condition is all a lie to cover up vaccine complications.

Calling standard EoL comforting drugs a lethal injection.

Then we have the alleged behaviour in the hospital - including it seems having the furniture removed from the room as they tried to use it to barricade the door.

All while Alder Hay is the only reason the dad was free and able to have a kid...

Pure fking scum.

You've got to love law firms, it seems the whole British Judiciary and legal system is a now completely unfit for purpose or very quickly heading that way with many people having lost faith in it.
I take it there's not much the SRA can do about the law firm in question as the initial complaint has to go to the law firm in question?

These "protestors" are a bunch of idiots. Now they have said they should set off fire alarms and even one person saying they should storm the hospital with a gun...

They should all be arrested for incitement and if anyone sets off a fire alarm should be done for attempted manslaughter or something similar.

They aren’t joking either are they! Does that constitute an offence? Most general tttery like this online is usually from blokes but this and the Charlie’s army business last year seems to bring these crazy women out of the woodwork.

IMHO (the opinions are mine and I feel justified in posting them)
re the tweets. It's disgusting and It should be investigated as its as near as can be inciting trouble in a hospital.

Also during the night they have removed life support. The most wonderful outcome would be that the child rallies makes a total recovery and all is well. I doubt that will happen and if/ when it doesn't and he passes, I hope his parents are able to come to terms with their loss.
I would hope they would show more courage and dignity than they seem to have done so far.

The cynic in me feels that the father is going to milk this as much as possible once the child has passed away. I can't see him grieving with dignity in private.

I hope the media don't pander to him.

You wonder how they'd have reacted if the hospital had taken the easy route, and just given them what they wanted by dumping the sprog in the car park.

Interesting comment from the Pope hoping that they may get their wish to seek new forms of treatment. Can't he get on the blower to "God" and pull a few strings?

Whole situation is vile. I can't imagine how hard this is on the hospital staff, other patients, and other families.

Truly hideous story.

But, to simply ignore advice in this situation, and keep wating courts time is pretty awful too.

It is clear this little fella is terminally ill and nothing is likely to help.

I do have some sympathy, in that if the family can afford to do it, why not give them to chance to save him.

But it is clear there are serious legal reasons for not allowing that and massive implications for doing so.

Tough on the family, but they are not acting well, and are also utterly insensitive to the thousands of families who have been able to deal with this exact thing with more dignity.

As for the protestors, round em up, put em in a field and bomb the bds, no loss to anyone. And as if hospital staff have not got enough to deal with, utterly pathetic, selfish, and rather embarrassing that people like that can breed, vote etc.

They aren't married, as far as I know. Like many, they only want the bits of the religion that suits their needs at any given time.

I am sure any churchgoer can just turn up to the Vatican and get straight to the front of the queue to see the Pope.

The Italian hospital isn't the same one involved in the Charlie Gard case is it? It seems to be a 'holy' alliance of Catholics and evangelicals once again, with ties to anti-abortion organisations.
