I've encountered several Muslim ladies in the part two days and none had issues with handshakes, could be cultural or personal.

Is it not more about the implication and reasoning of not shaking hands, rather than the greeting in isolation?

What kind of backwards person would refuse to touch a person because of their sex? If it was because of their race, it'd be a no brainer - why not sex too?

Obviously this doesn't apply to people with a genuine reason, ie ASD.

Completely agree with the decision. I wouldn't want any people like that coming to the UK.
