Edit:
Just realised which car that actually is.
I'm pretty sure that's the sister car to mine (it's not N55, it's N54)

When I got mine I was told it was one of two. The other was identical in spec except oyster leather instead of the Blue that I have.

I'm very interested to see how much they actually get for it, as when I suggested mine was worth 13/14k I got slaughtered.

I think yours is very well priced. He's probably just trying to get it even cheaper, the only issue is people have a thing about M sport and don't generally want a SE.

Granted it’s a rare car , saloon , manual , high spec, though not as nice as Dann’s wink

BUT as a former 335i coupe owner , I think it’s priced a bit high as you’re into M3 territory and unless you really find a possibly tuner focussed enthusiast (I too assume it’s N54) certainly one who needs a manual I think the market for people willing to spend 15k on an (engine apart) what is an ordinary 3 Series , almost two generations old, is small.

I recognised it as your car from before. I remember seeing it when it was advertised before you bought it too. Surprised nobody has had it. Lovely condition and spec too. I like the non sport bodykit with the sport seats and other bits.

What have you chosen as a replacement? Or is it sell, then buy another?

Mine is the N55 priced at £10995, not the N54 at £15000! wink
I know, yours is listed about right I reckon. wink

It looks way to nice to be a sub £10k car with that mileage, in particular.

I disagree with the "buyer."

M5 CP, wow smile

To be fair OP anything over £10k and I would be snapping a buyers hand off, its a lovely car but the market for fast, uneconomical sports saloons isn't massive.

The red 335i seems fair to me.

The black one seems punchy, F30 335i Sports aren’t much more.

I also don’t feel the manual is worth a premium these days too with the autos being so much better and reliable.

If I had the choice I’d avoid the manual, but can appreciate someone else wouldn’t have anything else.

I think 11k for yours is a bargain, very desirable car and manual boxes are rare enough to be desirable, especially against the ZF6 auto box.

Having just bought a 335i, I have been watching the market for a while.

I for one think your car is very well priced, Ok so it's not an M-sport but to some that is a plus not a detractor, it also has lows mileage and a great spec, if your not in a hurry to sell, I'd suggest sticking to you guns, hold out for the right buyer.

You car was one of my saved searches on AT, had I been able to sell my e36 privately, I would of been speaking to you to arrange a viewing.

If OP’s car was a touring I’d have bought it the second he started this thread. I think it’s great.

I *might* have taken that back as a PX, but it would have had to have been quite a good one.

Easy to say after the event, of course, and I didn’t suggest I was open to PX in the advert on AT, as I’d just get loads of stuff I’m not interested in being offered.

On the E90 and E87 forums I’ve offered PX, as I could use a cheap hatch or estate,

But in all honesty, I’d rather a straight sale.

If I don’t hear back from this chap by lunchtime I think I might just phone him up and accept the offer at 10250; in a couple of days I’ll otherwise have to pay another month of road tax and that’s £25 or so.
When you say "taken that back as a PX" are you implying you owned the car previously?

No I meant taking the E36 back against the E90. I’ve never owned an E36.

Car is now sold, split the difference as I though we would.
Ahh... right, I see.

Well, as long as both you and the buyer are happy with the deal, then all is well that ends well.
