He’s not one to mess about (nor would any lawyer risk a lie on this legal) so I’m guessing he has evidence Kavanaugh was involved in some seriously bad stuff on top of existing accusations.

Avenatti: "We are aware of significant evidence of multiple house parties in the Washington, D.C. area during the early 1980s during which Brett Kavanaugh, Mark Judge and others would participate in the targeting of women with alcohol/drugs in order to allow a 'train' of men to subsequently gang rape them. There are multiple witnesses that will corroborate these facts and each of them must be called to testify publicly."

Now, Avenatti does like to run his mouth, but he usually backs it up. He says his client is an ex-employee of the State Dept. and the DOJ, and she will reveal details on-camera in the next 48 hours.

If Avenatti were Russian, it’d be a fair bet he’d find himself in an ‘accident’.

Despite the depressing aspects of the US and this administration, he’s a reminder of how much of how free a private citizen is and how much of a pain they can be to people in power who (may) have done wrong.

More bad news for Kavanaugh, his roommate at Yale has given a statement saying he knows Ramirez, believes her and "based on my time with Brett, I believe that he and his social circle were capable of the actions Debbie described."

So it looks like everything is coming out now.
Kavanaugh year book entry from 1983, Devil's Triangle, have you boofed yet and allegedly a derogatory reference to a girl...

Kavanaugh interview on Fox News, sitting next to his wife
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=gxEGNt5EwGo

A bit false, over coached responses? His frat responses are exactly what you'd expect and he now says he may have met Ford... damage control interview on Fox.

Louisa Garry, one of the former Kavanaugh classmates who asked the New Yorker to remove her name from a statement of support for Kavanaugh, seems to be the same Louisa Garry who appears in a Judicial Crisis Network ad supporting Kavanaug
The JCN are the front for all the money supporting Kavanaugh's attempt to join the Supreme Court. Over $1.5m spent on tv ads

Meanwhile, two of Kavanaugh classmates withdrew from a statement his lawyers issued disputing Ramirez’s claims. It is now signed by the men whom Ramirez alleged had egged on Kavanaugh, the wife of the man she said told her to "kiss it,” and one other classmate

This means only 4 classmates are keeping their names on a statement disputing Ramirez, and two are implicated in the incident, according to her, and a third one is married to the guy who she recalls saying, "kiss it" at the party

If trump thought his Rosenstein effort was going to distract the media from Kavanaugh, he wa very mistaken. Nothing like a high up sex scandal...

The NY times now has run several false stories generated by team trump, seems they are happy running others about Rosenstein

The latest
Rosenstein grew emotional at the White House, rehirerated he wants to resign and is concerned Trump will attack him if they don’t have an amicable split. One reason he wants to quit: he doesn’t want to testify on the Hill about the allegations

So someone there thinks it's great they have an in on team trump, but either team trump are playing them so they can shout FAKE NEWS, or more likely are just trying to muddy waters.

NYT need to beware of their sources in the rush to be first with the news.

Why the hell is a possible supreme court judge going on fox news for an interview? Trump has really destroyed professionalism in the workplace hasnt he and turned it into a tv sitcom.

I think any other POTUS would've cast Kavanaugh adrift by now. And I'd imagine some of Trumps advisors have said just that to him.

The trouble is, Trumps ego will not let him back down. He has to win everything. Any perceived loss, damages his fragile psyche, hence the ridiculous lies and exaggerations on a daily basis.

There's that, but I still think Anthony kennedy's resignation has something in it as well. He negotiated for months for Kavenaugh to be his replacement...

You keep mentioning that.

What's the suspicion as to why he was so determined to be succeeded by Kavanaugh?

Meanwhile - Russia

Roger Stone was heavily involved with the russian hackers who stole Democratic Party emails during the election, now identified as GRU officers. Stone was also involved with Assange and Wikileaks before those emails were published

Now Mueller has the emails, probably thanks to Corsi who testified on friday,

Is anyone looking into that?

Do retiring SCJ's usually have so much say in who succeeds them?

I don't think anyones looking into it, but there was a deal done. Be interesting to know what that deal was, to make Kennedy retire, at that point, when the GOP were worried about the mid terms, to get a judge appointed quickly whilst they could...

Jane Mayer of NewYorker broke the Ramirez story said that Ramirez wasn't the original source. Yale graduates knew about the story since it happened.

"We found classmates had been talking about this for weeks and months since July. There'd been an email chain of Yale classmates of Kavanaugh talking about will this thing come out? long before Christine Blasey Ford came forward"
