Terrifying as it is to say, I think DA is probably about average intelligence.

Diane Abbott is below average, no question. She’s also anti Britain, a racist and terrorist sympathiser.
And a massive hypocrite given she sent her son to private school.

And that classic quote "West Indian mothers will go to the wall for their children."

Christ I have been described as many things but alt-right is not one of them. I dislike hypocrites anywhere in politics/administration, which leaves me very few.

Some points don’t get bad just because they’re old.

DA has never given a straight answer to the point that she wants for herself and her son something that she would deny the rest of us, even when we are buying them with our own, already taxed, money.

That’s simply disgraceful. She should never have survived it. But the Labour Party knows no shame.

(The same is true of plenty of Conservative MPs, so I’m not being tribal here.)

I went to a private school for 5 years because I went (slightly) off the rails in the local state school. Paying for it nearly bankrupted my poor dad, who paid half. The other half came from my grandad’s war pension. This Labour Party thinks that’s all immoral and I should have been left to rot in the state school.

She went beyond giving a straight answer. She said it’s a private matter and won’t be discussed. Like many labour MPs and councillors. Hypocrites, all of them.
And it’s even worse. Her kid is leaving the system. All good then. Hammer everyone else. They’re all old enough not to give 2 fks about people with young children. Like me. Or you smile

here's nothing inherent about state-owned enterprises which prevents there being performance related incentives nor being amenable to being controlled by an independent regulator.

Labour are crap at maths, or are run by idiots who are slaves to stupid slogans; if you want to get the 7% of the population not online(ONS figure) on teh internetz give them a tablet(capital cost £~1bn) and £1 of data a week for life(~£250m a year, declining as data rates fall with the advance of technology).
Indeed, and there’s no reason why public sector IT projects cannot run to time and budget, why local councils cannot be stuffed full of timeserving jobsworths or why it should cost the NHS a fortune to change a lightbulb, yet there we have it.

Totally, though I'd tweak your figures just slightly.

Except I don't believe Labour care about internet access for anyone. They just want to grow the state because it expands their core vote and brings us all closer to being state owned.

She was a grammar school girl from a working class background who got to Cambridge. She's subsequently had a high profile political career.

She certainly wasn't stupid. There was a lot of speculation about her health after her performance in the last campaign.

She really doesn't come across as being sharp enough now to have had the life she has lived.
I've said before but she appeared on an old episode of The Chase which was repeated recently.

I was shocked how well she did.

Don't get me wrong, if there is a medical issue that impairs her ability to do her job she shouldn't get a free pass, but I really wouldn't be surprised if it transpires she is unwell.

Stupidity isn’t an illness.
My point entirely.

There's plenty of evidence that she wasn't stupid but now regularly appears to be.

Perhaps there's a reason for that apparent decline.
