Unfortunately our Home Secretary seems keen on importing these laws to the U.K. Perhaps he thinks they have been a success in his homeland.

Anything written in crayon or felt tip pen is not admissible as such.

Apparently the woman's family have applied to the UK, Canada and the US, amongst others, for asylum.

Personally, this seems like a worthy and genuine case for the granting of asylum, and I hope they get it.
I hope none of those others are under EU rule following this ludicrous ECHR decision.

Noticeably absent from left wing rags. Guardian at least have a reasonable opinion piece on it

I really don't think they would care less. ISIS don't think they're terrorists, they think they are doing the work of God and protecting their prophet.
Don't think so. The gullible cannon fodder do. Their leaders know what they are really about and rely on interiorised terror to indoctrinate susceptible loners and inadequates. As ever, impressionable young followers are used by cynical proselytisers and evangelists to build mini empires. That applies to all religions.

The ones at the top still think they are doing the right thing, just that they're smart enough to make someone else wear the suicide vests.

Of course they do. They have a cause (a political one and vehemently taught) and pursue it ruthlessly. That fervour has nothing to do with religion per se other than using that fallacy as a vehicle. The 'Right Thing' is their caliphate at any cost - that's political with a crutch. Their culture allows indoctrination of children to be used as a means to control through to maturity. It's 'God Fearing' in the extreme and, believe it or not, illegal in this country! Then there's the 'pure' version, it attracts various wannabes and variants as do all religions. So accurate definitions are essential to avoid glorification of the perversions.

The ISIS leadership would disagree with every word of that. They really believe the things they say they believe. That's the problem.

Looks like that was a piece of fake news from the bbc reporter - as Asia Bibi hasn’t actually left the country.

This is one time when fake news is probably good. The more false trails there are, the better her hope for a peaceful life somewhere.

Can’t upset “the community” now can we.

“UK 'Won't Offer Asylum To Asia Bibi Amid Security Concerns'
The British Pakistani Christian Association said UK government is concerned about "unrest among certain sections of the community.”

Or look at it another way, "we don't want all the hassle and expense that comes with this situation, don't touch it with a barge pole"

She isn't British therefore not our problem. If she upsets a bunch of lunatics then it's none of our business.

People who believe that someone should die because their imaginary friend would be upset: that seems a reasonable definition of lunatics.
