The left are trying harder than they have ever tried to smear Trump, and still, there's nothing, the local Police have found more evidence against Smollet in 2 weeks than Mueller has found on trump in 2 years.

It's about time they let him get on with the job he was elected to do
Hard to know where to begin really isn't it...
Isn't NoNeed the one who asked the mods to ban from some threads because he was too much of a bellend? Seems that self awareness ran out fast.

Huge story breaking in Italy. Putin agreed to a request from Lega Nord leader Matteo Salvini to covertly finance his Euro election campaign. The plan was to conceal the payment behind an apparently normal business deal. Sound familiar to trump?
The who-knows-what-sort-of-deal between the far-right Freedom Party and the United Russia party also bothers quite a lot of Austrians.

Manafort sentencing memorandum not made public yet, deadline for filing was last night.

It is possible prosecutors have sent the document to Judge Amy Berman Jackson under seal with proposed redactions. It is up to Jackson to determine what happens next.

Or it could be it's such a huge document that there's so many reductions to do?

https://edition.cnn.com/2019/02/23/politics/muelle...

Eiher way Manafort is doomed. He gambled on trump who has dropped him, left him in jail, facing more and more charges.

In the mystery foreign country-owned company grand jury dispute, Solicitor General Noel Francisco, who is representing the special counsel's office, opposes Supreme Court review of the case.

https://www.supremecourt.gov/DocketPDF/18/18-948/8...

So this company always intended to try to get it to the favourable supreme court rather than to comply with the subpoena and turn over incriminating documents

He who must not be named has just been named by Schiff, in an open letter to republicans

"To my Republican colleagues: When the president attacked the independence of the Justice Department by intervening in a case in which he is implicated, you did not speak out. When he attacked the press as the enemy of the people, you again were silent. When he targeted the judiciary, labeling judges and decisions he didn’t like as illegitimate, we heard not a word. And now he comes for Congress, the first branch of government, seeking to strip it of its greatest power, that of the purse."

"You have deplored his fundamental inability to tell the truth. But ... you have chosen to keep your misgivings and your rising alarm, private. That must end. The time for silent disagreement is over. You must speak out."

It might actially be a good time for Schiff to push this
GOP senators were enraged over the Trump administration's refusal to send a report to Congress determining who killed Saudi journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Here's a thought. Trump and Pence will be in North Korea next week, leaving Pelosi as the top official in the US, at the same time as Cohen is testifying.

Cohen has met again with prosecutors to give hem even more information about possible irregularities within Trump's family business regarding insurance claims and about a donor to the inaugural committee

Watch Feinstein and the young children asking for her support for a green deal

Well, you didn't vote for me...

Edit: Looks like the video above was editied to make Feinstein look bad

Trump said yesterday about his Labor Secretary Alex Acosta's role in the Epstein sex crimes case: "I really don’t know too much about it … That seems like a long time ago, but I know he's been a fantastic labor secretary. That's all I can really tell you about it."

Epstein and trump go back a long way

Former trump huge fundraiser Kelly Craft is U.S. ambassador to Canada since 2017
In her interview with Canada tv CBC, she said about climate change: "I think that both sides have their own results, from their studies, and I appreciate and I respect both sides of the science,"

https://www.cbc.ca/news/politics/us-ambassador-kni...

trump is nominating Craft to be the U.S. ambassador to the United Nations, replacing Nikki Hayley

Mr. Craft donated $1 million to Mr. Trump’s inauguration committee through a trust, according to Federal Election Commission records. The couple also donated hundreds of thousands of dollars collectively to the Trump campaign, Republican National Committee and other allied committees during the 2016 campaign, according to the FEC.

Why is Pence going? The man is a piece of furniture but at least furniture has a purpose.

Pence won't be in the room when Kim and Trump actually have their private chats. Is he only going because they don't want him facing the press regarding Cohen's testimony without proper guidance because he's such a berk?

Obviously Trumps team will try and drown out Cohen's testimony by spouting that Trump has just averted WW3 (again!!) or some such bks.

I'm not getting my hopes up about Cohen. Whilst the list of things he's going to talk about looks potentially explosive, I just don't see how he's going to reveal anything meaningful that we don't already know.

After a DOJ official said Mueller isn't expected to deliver his report next week, President Trump said he looks forward to reading it. "There was no collusion. There was no obstruction...No phone calls...If it's an honest report, it will say that. If it's not, it won't."

Phone calls? Who mentioned phone calls? Is he worried about those trump tower meeting phone calls, or the ones Cohen taped, just as Cohen is about to testify? Trumps always lets known stuff that we don't before it happens

"If it says I'm guilty then it's a lie" Is really not a good position to take. Is he preparing his base?

trump has finally responded about the white supremacist coast guard, 3 days later, yet tweeted about Smollet within hours

Trump said the Coast Guard member arrested for threatening Democrats and media figures was "a shame" and "a very sad thing." Asked by Hallie Jackson whether he bears any responsibility for his own language, Trump replied, “I think my language is very nice.”

Why are the press so deferential, why didn't they repeat some of his phrases back to him, challenge him

The District Attorney for Manhattan is preparing to hit Manafort with state-level criminal charges that could include “falsifying records, mortgage fraud, and tax evasion.”
Manafort’s lawyers are floating double jeopardy protection, arguing that these are charges that Manafort has already been found guilty of, but state-level tax evasion charges fall within NY remit.

Which will be interesting for family trump and the trump organisation to watch as they fall within their remit also, and trump can't pardon those

Hang on, bring out Sarah to defend trump with some nonsense.

After arrest of Coast Guard lieutenant, who allegedly amassed weapons and compiled list of Democratic lawmakers and journalists, Sarah Sanders says Pres. Trump hasn't "at any point" done anything "but condemn violence, against journalists or anyone else."

Did she forget about the time Trump applauded Montana Rep. Greg Gianforte for criminal violence against a journalist. He literally clapped.
Someone pointed out that Sanders stopped doing press briefings right after Mueller interviewed her, probably because of her statements that could be seen as obstruction of justice?

Even now she just cant stop with the lying. Cnn yesterday
“It’s real simple to me. The President far and away was the better candidate. He had a better message and he outworked Hillary Clinton. That’s why he’s President. He didn’t need to, nor did he, collude with the Russians. Pretty simple.”

Which we know is all lies
