It's these lecturers that are feeding the young brains that the EU is a good idea.

Brainwashing at it's best.
OK, so the intelligent types who go to uni are brainwashed into thinking the EU is a good idea. Very sweeping statement but if we're playing that game, should I surmise that those who think the EU is a bad idea are also brainwashed? Not by intellectuals mind, by Kieth and Dave down the local Wetherspoons.
lol biggrin

Only someone already brainwashed would ask whether or not they should surmise anything.

Btw, say hi to Kieth for me. fk Dave. smile

Ah come on, I know Dave can be a bit direct sometimes but he's a stand up guy.

Questioning whether Remainers have lost their perspective

It's a yes they have from me, reliance on group think under their comfort blankets and ignoring academic evidence which doesn't fit their agenda, indeed it seems so.

There is some group think and evidence avoidance on Leave shoulders too, but Remain should be asking themselves some questions and not just doubling down with previously failed tactics.
What complete & utter rubbish....!!!!

And this is the same Matthew Goodwin that insisted Labour wouldn't reach 38% in the 2017 GE. In fact he was so sure of himself that the said he would eat his own book if Labour did. He ripped a page out of said book and ate it on TV. An utter fool.

Perhaps at breakfast, when they've only had a couple. Sometime between (a very liquid) lunch and dinner/tea it becomes "Keef".

Did either of you experience any of it first hand when you went?
First-hand experience of different political subjects when attending which were being pushed. This was obviously well before the referendum but regarding different political issues at the time. But my daughter now attends and states it's very pro-EU speech.

I know someone who's middle name was Keith but it was spelt Kieth on his driving licence. He was too tight to pay to correct it. Maybe I should ask him how he voted scratchchin

Presumably you think they should be neutral?

Is it worse to drink alcohol from a can when on a public service train which forbids drinking alcohol, or ‘keef’ to have a drink on Wetherspoons.? One drinker is a sitting MP and the other an imaginary figure of fun. biggrin

The 1922 committee has decided not to change the rules to allow another leadership challenge before the year is up.

The sacrificial goat is still in its death throws. There's still a slim chance they can blame all of this mess on May and survive as a party.

There would be a certain irony in changing the rules so they could get another no-confidence vote because they weren't happy with how the first one turned out I guess.

but Keef isn't an imaginary figure of fun. He is a footsoldier in the moron army which has empowered the right wing fanatic tory extreme.
